Detailed Itinerary

 

Day 1Arrival & Srinagar Local tour

 

On arrival at Srinagar airport, meet our representative displaying a placard addressed to your name. After the meet and greet, enjoy and explore the wonderful city of Srinagar. You have a wonderful opportunity to Visit the Centuries-Old Shankar Acharya Temple and Mughal Gardens like Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden, and Cheshma Shahi Garden. Also, Visit Dargah Hazratbal Shrine. Complete the city tour, have dinner at the hotel, and overnight in Srinagar. 

 

Day 2 Gulmarg Sightseeing

 

After breakfast, Proceed to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is a Kashmiri Word that means *Meadows of Flowers*. It is a town, hill station, tourist destination, skiing destination, and a notified area committee in the Baramulla district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is located at a distance of about 50 km from Srinagar. One of many attractions of Gulmarg is the Gondola Cable Car, and you have an opportunity to enjoy one of the World’s highest Cable Car rides. After having a full day of enjoyment in Gulmarg, drive back to Srinagar by evening. Overnight in Srinagar.

 

Day 3 Sonamarg Sightseeing

 

After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg, known as “Medows of Gold”. During a breathtaking journey from Srinagar, you come across River Sindh, which is abounded with trout & Mahseer. Onwards, the valley opens up to a meadow. Ponies can be hired for a trip up to Thajiwas Glacier, a major attraction during the summer months. Sonamarg's importance lies in the fact that it is the last halt on the Kashmir side for the drive from Srinagar to Leh. You will be fascinated to see Snowy Mountains against a cerulean sky against its backdrop. Return to Srinagar for overnight stay at  Hotel. 

 

Day 4 Local Market & Airport Departure

 

After breakfast, depending on your departure time, you can spend some time at the local Srinagar market and then leave the hotel for Srinagar airport, toward your destination.

·         One hour shikara ride on Dal Lake once during the stay.

·         Pick up and drop from Srinagar Airport by a private Non Ac Car

·         All sightseeing by private Non Ac cars as per itinerary

Exclusions

·         Item of personal nature- tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages, room heaters, boat rides, pony / horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, cable car / ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.

·         Any kind of insurance, Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified.

·         Garden entrance fee and guide charges, wherever applicable.

·         Snow Jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg & back.

·         Thajiwas Glacier trip at Sonmarg(as this sightseeing is only allowed by local taxi  at Sonmarg or by ponies and are on direct payment basis).

·         Aru, Betaab valley and Chandanwari trip in Pahalgam (as this sightseeing is done by local taxis only and is on direct payment basis).

·         Personal meals and personal expenses like entry tickets, telephone, laundry or anything which is not mentioned in the inclusions.
